My transfer hasn't reached the recipient

Your money should arrive in your recipient’s bank account within 1 to 3 business days. This can vary depending on where you’re sending it. You can track your transfer status easily on your GlobeSend app.  

Some transfers may take longer to reach your recipient due to delays.
